Who we are
Our website address is: https://lilaoshireads.com. We operate a premium paid membership and subscription service.

Account and Subscription Data
When users register on our website to purchase a subscription, we store the personal information they provide in their user profile (such as Username, Email Address, and Name). Website administrators can also see and edit that information for account management and customer support purposes.

Payment Processing and Financial Data
We collect payments for paid subscriptions on our website. We do not store or collect your payment card details on our servers. All payment data is encrypted and handled directly by our secure third-party payment processors (such as Stripe / PayPal). Their use of your personal information is governed by their respective Privacy Policy. These processors adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council.

Cookies
If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed, and you will need to re-authenticate next time.

Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
We reserve the absolute right to moderate, approve, or delete any user comments at our sole discretion. Any inappropriate content—including but not limited to hate speech, harassment, spam, promotion of illegal acts, or criminal-related material—will be removed immediately without prior notice.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/.

Embedded content from other websites
Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

Who we share your data with

How long we retain your data
Comments: Standard and lawful comments, along with their metadata, are retained indefinitely. However, we reserve the right to erase any inappropriate, malicious, or non-compliant comments at any time.
Membership & Billing Data: We retain user profile information as long as the account is active. Transactional and billing records are retained for a longer period to comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
